Business ethics a form of practical applied ethics or professional morals that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the behaviour of individuals and entire organisations.

Business ethics reflects the attitude of business, one of whose aims is to decides important purposes of a company.
